IntegrationsWe have introduced a new level of integration to primary ancillary systems, using web services technology. This allows us to perform background integrations and create a completely seamless user experience. Our new integration partners are:
Attendance on Demand We have seamlessly integrated Attendance on Demand by Infotronics with our software. Now all employee data is managed directly from payroll or HR and punch maintenance and reports is done directly within PlatinumHR so the user never leaves our application or has to login to any other. Time data is then transmitted directly into payroll for a seamless round-trip transaction.
SwipeClockWe have seamlessly integrated SwipeClock with our software. Now all employee data is managed directly from payroll or HR and punch maintenance and reports is done directly within PlatinumHR so the user never leaves our application or has to login to any other. Time data is then transmitted directly into payroll for a seamless round-trip transaction. National Crime SearchBackground searches are now fully integrated into the Applicant Manager of our PlatinumHR Recruiting module. With a simple click of a button, an array of over a dozen different background searches can automatically be performed, without ever leaving the application or entering any additional data.

Employee/Manager PortalsWe have add some major enhancements to our Employee and Manager Self-Service portals (ESS & MSS). - Task Management: Within PlatinumHR, tasks can be assigned to employees which can now be managed and monitored via ESS and MSS.
- Online Reviews: Employees and Managers can complete online reviews, to fully automate the performance management and 360 degree review process.
- ERM Tickets: Employees can track tickets/requests/issues provided to HR directly from ESS & MSS, further enhancing our Employee Relationship Manager.
3rd Party SickWe are releasing a much anticipated update to improve the workflow of handling 3rd Party Sick payments. ReportingWe have added additional sorting and inclusion options to some of our core payroll reports, like the Payroll Register. Audit SystemWe have implemented a new audit system that is more scalable, so the larger service bureaus do not experience performance issues with extremely large audit databases (that were previously experienced in audit databases of 100GB and higher.
