Execupay Payroll Suite 7.0 Released

We are proud to announce the latest release of Execupay Payroll Suite 7.0.  This current version marks some very significant landmarks for Execupay.

PlatinumHR

PlatinumHR is a true, single-source database product that has combined the power of PlatinumPay with a full Human Resource Management System.  Additionally, the Employee Relationship Manager (ERM) brings CRM-like capabilities to HR, allowing for the HR department to manage employees and standardize HR processes within their organization.  The comprehensive modules include:

New Account Reconciliation module

Reconciliation of unlimited tax and net check trust accounts are done directly in the software, eliminating the need of an outside accounting system.  The online bank connectivity allows for ease of bank transaction importing.  And the true double-entry accounting standards, combined with a comprehensive chart of accounts, help to manage all types of account activity.

New Paperless Quarter and Year End process

Surpassed by no other payroll software, tax returns and quarterly reports are delivered via a secured report portal, virtually eliminating the paper process experienced by all service bureaus.  The Quarter End and Year End viewer now archives and stores returns and reports on the database for ease of reference.  And for those who still choose to print tax returns, quarter and year end returns and reports are collated by company.

Manager Self-Service

Is an add-on to Employee Self-Service that gives managers access to pertinent information about the employees that report to them.  In addition to viewing all the information provided from ESS, managers have access to handle employee reviews, track attendance, maintain employee assets and approve time-off requests.

Report Portal

Is the secured delivery of payroll reports and Quarter and Year-End reports to a web portal.  This also facilitates paperless payrolls and paperless report delivery.
